Job Description

Primarily responsible to work as an IR & ER and facilitate in the performance of key IR & ER functions including Statutory Compliances Work with line managers and union representative to handle employee complaints, settle disputes and resolve grievances Coordinate employee disciplinary process and grievances handling; • Ensure employee disciplinary issues are fairly and consistently implemented and in accordance with workers condition of service across all department Advise management on all matters that involve conflict between employees. Assist in the development of HR, IR and ER labour protocols, operating procedures and handbooks. Work with the HR and departmental Managers with respect to disciplinary action required, including preparation of documents, investigation of any offence, scheduling hearings, and attendance at hearings and play lead role to handle the accidents in the plant. Ensure continuous revision, internal training and updates are provided on various IR and ER and recent case law and that this is conducted regularly across all levels of staff and where necessary coordinate external training on relevant matters. Ensure statutory compliance such as ESIC,PF, APPRENTICE Act and CONTRACT LABOR ACT etc. Ensure the employee welfare such as Canteen, Drinking Water, Transport, Good Housekeeping and wellness program for staff is clearly documented and that staff are aware and regularly updated of the resources available to them
