Job Title: Industrial Engineer (IE) Woven Garments "Managerial Level Position". Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer for our new projects in the role of The Managerial Role. The ideal candidate is responsible for optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, reducing waste, and ensuring high product quality. This role involves time studies, capacity analysis, line balancing, and implementing lean manufacturing principles to improve the overall performance of the production floor. "Candidate must be within Tamil Nadu". "We require candidates those who are willing to relocate to Erode". Key Responsibilities: Conduct time and motion studies to optimize production processes. Perform capacity studies and balance production lines to eliminate bottlenecks. Develop and analyze methods to improve quality and productivity. Monitor low-performing operators and provide training to enhance efficiency. Track non-productive time and reduce downtime in production. Monitor hourly production and prepare man-machine reports. Use quality control tools and statistical analysis for continuous improvement. Assist in production planning and scheduling, ensuring targets are met. Perform cost calculations, including line cost and efficiency tracking. Reduce waste through lean manufacturing and Six Sigma techniques. Manage manpower budgets and requisitions, optimizing staffing levels. Control inventory levels and ensure smooth raw material supply. Work on garment analysis and style development to reduce costs. Implement Total Quality Management (TQM) systems in the factory. Introduce and manage incentive programs to motivate staff. Improve overall line productivity through efficiency tracking and analysis.
