Role & responsibilities Create OB for the styles in GSD. Certified in GSD Work with Merchant team for the Costing, Feasibility, Production friendly methods & Machines during the Initial stage of Order booking. Regular interaction with R&D team for identifying the best & Standard method, Prepare the method breakdown for the critical operations during the Proto. Collaborate with other departments, such as production planning, quality control, and maintenance, R&D to ensure seamless pre-production operations. Analyse critical operations and identify methods for improvement, implementing standard methods in the shopfloor as needed. Implement Individual incentive concept across factory and motivate Operators to get more incentive. Measure and circulate the incentive report. Ability to create reports, provide analysis and recommendations to improve productivity & efficiency. Strong negotiations & Driving results skill, risk management and trouble shooting skills, works proactively. Preferred candidate profile Strong knowledge of apparel manufacturing. Should have strong understanding of Apparel constructions & he/she should be strong in SMV & must have a PMTS knowledge preferably certified in GSD. Strong knowledge of product (shirts ) University graduate or degree in Industrial. Engineering or Textile or Garment (Industry related) or equivalent work experience. 4-8 years business experience with 3 years in managing costing. Work Location: M/s.
