Industrial Engineer

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Analyze and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve productivity. Develop and implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies. Monitor and improve plant layouts, workflow, and resource utilization to minimize costs and downtime. Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and recommend process enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Maintenance, and Safety) to ensure seamless production operations. Evaluate and implement automation and digital tools to enhance operational efficiency. Prepare reports and presentations on process improvements and cost reduction initiatives. Preferred candidate profile Hands on experience in industrial engineering department for chemical plant is mandatory
