Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech). 4+ years in a manufacturing environment with expertise in Lean Manufacturing. Proficiency in Industrial Engineering and Process Management. Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies (certification in Lean Six Sigma preferred). Hands-on experience in data analytics, Excel, and Power BI for reporting and decision-making. Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
