Automation Engineer Role: Focuses on designing, developing, programming, and maintaining automated systems to improve efficiency and reduce human intervention. Industry Focus: Works in industries like manufacturing, automotive, robotics, logistics, software development, and industrial automation. Responsibilities: Designing and programming automation systems (e.g., PLCs, SCADA, Robotics). Developing software/scripts for process automation. Integrating various automation technologies with existing systems. Testing, debugging, and optimizing automation processes. Ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency in automated workflows. Key Skills: Knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.). Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Java, etc.). Experience with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, OPC, etc.). Understanding of robotics and IoT technologies.
