Job Description

Role & responsibilities Site Inspections & Solution Design: Conduct site inspections to design comprehensive automation solutions (Automation, IoT, Energy Management Systems, etc.), including the creation of Bill of Materials (BOM). Stakeholder Communication: Engage with stakeholders at all levels, from operators to management, to ensure effective communication and project alignment. Vendor Management: Identify and collaborate with new and existing vendors for R&D, new projects, and the ongoing improvement of automation solutions. Technical Documentation: Develop logic, flowcharts, and electrical panel drawings for automation projects. Validate BOM and electrical drawings done by junior engineers or vendors. Project Commissioning & Installation: supervision, commissioning and installation of PLC, VFD and IOT related projects. Training & Mentorship: Conduct training sessions for junior engineers, helping them develop the technical skills required to excel in automation projects. Continuous Learning: Keep up to date with advancements in industrial automation, including emerging technologies and best practices. Reporting: Regularly report to the Manager on project status, technical challenges, and progress. You will be responsible for leading and designing automation solutions for a variety of projects. This includes automation, IoT, energy management systems, and more. You will engage in site inspections, collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, manage vendors, and lead the creation and validation of technical documents. Additionally, you will play a key role in project execution, commissioning, and training junior engineers.
