This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute marketing strategies for events and out-of-home (OOH) media campaigns.Identify potential clients and build relationships to drive business growth.Plan, coordinate, and execute events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure branding consistency across all marketing materials.Negotiate and liaise with vendors, agencies, and media partners for effective campaign execution.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with key insights and recommendations.Handle budgeting and cost management for marketing campaigns.Key Skills & Requirements:Experience: 3 to 4 years in marketing, events, or OOH media with a reputed organization.Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Advertising, or a related field.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns for events and out-of-home media.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Proficiency in digital marketing, market research, and media buying is a plus.Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as per business requirements.
