Skills:Expert in preparing North, South, East, and West Indian curries. Implement and oversee SOPs for consistency and quality. South-Indian CDP- 1. The candidate should posses a strong base in South Indian Cuisine and must have some experience in the restaurant or cafe. 2. They must have a minimum of 1 years of experience working as a CDP. 3. Effective communication skills in written English are essential to ensure seamless and efficient kitchen operations. The candidate should also demonstrate a willingness to embrace new recipes and create innovative dishes. 4. Experience in leading a kitchen team, delegating tasks effectively, and ensuring that the kitchen runs smoothly. 5. Must have previous experience implementing SOPs.
