Job Description: Head HR - NBFC (Pune, India) Job location : Pune, India Experience range : 12 to 20 years The company is financing two and three wheelers. Position Overview: The Head of HR for a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) in Pune will lead the organizations human resources function. This role requires a seasoned HR professional with 15-20 years of experience. The role offers a good mix of strategy and operational excellence. The role demands expertise in stakeholder management - top mgmt., board members and investors, talent management, employee engagement, compliance and audits (RBI, Statutory, Internal and Investor), performance & compensation mgmt. The board reviews need to be managed in NRC meetings. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic HR leadership Drive organizational design, workforce planning and leadership development initiatives Oversee HR team managing: Talent Acquisition Learning and Development HR Operations - Employee life cycle management, Performance Mgmt. and , HRIS, legal compliance, payroll and attendance, disciplinary actions, employee benefits, vendor mgmt. Qualifications and Experience: Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management Experience: 15-20 years of progressive HR experience, preferably some years in the NBFC or BFSI sector Proven track record in managing large-scale HR operations and driving strategic initiatives. Good knowledge of Indian labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices. Skills and Competencies: Exceptional operational and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in HRMS tools and data analytics. Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and work effectively with senior stakeholders.
