Job Purpose Responsible for India financial accounting, consolidation, Reporting and Audit and all related statutory compliance for AG, CE, and ITC business. Ensuring CNH accounting policy compliance and implementations for AG, CE, and ITC business. Responsible for Treasury, Capex accounting compliance for AG, CE, and ITC business. Controlling shared service R2R team for AG, CE, and ITC business. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders of the information for their requirements for AG, CE, and ITC business. Accounting & reporting process improvements & process automation Team management and their structural reviews and appraisals. Key Responsibilities 1. Accuracy and timeliness in month end/Quarter end/year end closing. 2. Accurate and timely legal entity review 3. Accuracy and timeliness in closure of all audits. 4. Ensuring ICFR/SOX compliances for accounting 5. Timely quarterly GL review with team 6. Timely structural review with team and their appraisal 7. Enabled resource management Background Information and Main Activities: – Ensure timely month end/quarter end and year end reporting for AG, CE, and ITC business Ensure timely all audits closure in compliance with accounting standard issued by ICAI and action plan on open items Ensure quarterly legal entity review with CAO and APAC team Ensuring compliance and implementation of CNH accounting policy in discussion with COA and technical accounting team. Review with CNH controllers on reporting numbers and ensure relevant adjustment are getting captured in reporting. Team management and their structural reviews and appraisals. Ensure accounting in ERP – LN/SAP are accurately/correctly captured and ensure discussion with respective controller where process change required and enable team in preparing the accounting note. Responsible for Treasury accounting and Capex controlling for AG, CE, and ITC business. Monthly/Quarterly review with COA on GL balances Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders of the information for their requirements for AG, CE, and ITC business. Capex controlling for both AG, CE, and ITC including planning and completion of physical verification of assets with service partners as per the CNH policy. Controlling shared service team and their contract management w.r.t SLAs and resource management Enable accounting team in process improvement and taking initiative in setting up the activities process through team mentoring. Experience Required Education- CA and B.Com. Professional Qualification- Chartered Accountant (ACA) Experience ~ 15 years (CA) Preferred Qualifications Chartered Accountant with ~15 years of Industry Experience.
