What You’ll Own

• End-to-end operations of PencilGardens
• Customer acquisition, retention, and service excellence
• Vendor coordination and plant maintenance scheduling
• Subscription model execution (renting, installation, upkeep)
• Monthly targets, planning, expansion, and reporting
• Building local partnerships (nurseries, corporates, apartments)
