About The Team
This role will be part of the Technology Finance team within Financial Decision Support and Analytics (FDS&A) group. The team is responsible for providing analyses, insights and reporting that help identify drivers of performance and guide appropriate tactical actions to improve financial outcomes. The Executive Leadership team receives weekly updates from the team that assist them in making critical business decisions.
Core Responsibilities
- Own the design, maintenance & development of new metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions.
- Provide tactical support for key Executive meetings, Monthly Business meetings
- Support teams during key financial and business processes (Annual/Strategic Plan, Forecast, etc.)
- Focus to ensure 100% accuracy and timely analysis
- Work with business partners and teams in an onshore-offshore model through effective collaboration
- Track & drive productivity initiatives & other analytical projects for technology·
- Track & measure business outcomes from technology deliverables & products
- Identify ways to automate process to make reporting easier and spend more time on analysis & recommendations
- Develop business case as and when new technology investment is needed
- Track, analyze & report business impact of technology products / features by designing OKRs and financial measurement
Primary Skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing priorities, experience working cross-functionally and with multiple stakeholders across locations
- Strong experienced in Microsoft O365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge with BI tools (Power BI, Qlikview, Datastudio, Tableau etc)
- Good background in Finance/statistical modelling
- Proficient in Excel (Power Pivots, Power Query, VBA) and PowerPoint
- Ability to see the bigger picture by connecting dots between multiple projects driven within the team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of prior experience in finance / technology & analytics.
- 1 year of experience working as a member of a technology or cross-functional team
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA Finance / CA / CPA / CMA
- Experience in working in a global model
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams
Education Qualification & Certifications
Bachelor's / Masters Degree in Finance / Analytics
