Responsibilities:

User and Access Management:
Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.
Monitor and troubleshoot login/access issues.
Network & Security Management:
Support and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, firewalls, and VPNs.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Implement and maintain endpoint security solutions (antivirus, firewalls, MFA, etc.).
System Monitoring and Maintenance:
Monitor system performance and resource utilization.
Ensure high availability and reliability of critical systems.
Conduct regular maintenance and preventive checks.
Support & Documentation:
Provide technical support to end-users (Tier 2/Tier 3 level).
Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Collaborate with IT teams to improve infrastructure efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or similar IT support role.
Experience with Active Directory, Office 365 / Microsoft 365, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
Familiarity with backup tools, monitoring software, and IT ticketing systems.
Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, OCI) is a plus.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Experience Required: 1–3 years

Shift Timing: CST 5:00 p.m. IST to 2:30 a.m. IST
