JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and maintain Microsoft Group Policies for Windows 10/11 environments. Develop, implement, and manage Intune policies for device management. Lead the migration of Group Policies from on-premises to Intune cloud. Oversee browser management and ensure compliance with company policies. Implement and manage Bitlocker encryption and MBAM for data security. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues. Collaborate with other IT team members to optimize system performance and security. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices. SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in Microsoft Group Policies, Microsoft Intune policy management and migration from on-premises GPO to Intune cloud. Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 environments. Experience with browser management, Bitlocker, and MBAM. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.
