We are onboarding Freelance IT Recruiters based in India to support our Domestic Technology Hiring Practice under a performance-based fee sharing structure (no fixed salary). ⭐ Role Overview This is a remote freelance recruitment role ideal for independent recruiters, consultants, and agencies who can work autonomously, source strong tech candidates and drive closures end-to-end. Compensation is purely performance based with fee-share payouts per successful hire . 🔧 Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT, Data, Cloud & Engineering roles in India. Understand client requirements, job briefs, timelines and skill-fit expectations. Source, screen & shortlist qualified profiles through digital hiring channels. Conduct preliminary skill-fit discussions before submitting candidate CVs. Handle interview coordination, offer alignment and negotiation where required. Maintain trackers, databases, regular reporting and pipeline visibility. Deliver within timelines to maximise closures and payouts. 📌 Mandatory Requirement — Access to Recruitment Tools To perform successfully in this freelance role, the recruiter must have: ✔ Active access to Naukri.com , LinkedIn Recruiter / Premium or equivalent sourcing tools ✔ Ability to source via job portals, referrals, talent networks, headhunting channels ✔ Personal device, stable internet & remote working capability Tool licences are not provided by Incube Consulting — the freelancer must have or arrange their own access. 🏆 Required Experience & Skills 2–6+ years experience in IT & Technology recruitment in India . Proven closures across roles such as Developers, Cloud/DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, Cybersecurity, Architects, Product/BA/PM & more. Strong sourcing skills – LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, StackOverflow, Telegram groups, referrals & proactive headhunting. Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management ability. Self-driven, target-focused & independent working mindset. 🌟 Preferred Experience Prior work on commission-only / fee-share recruitment projects. Strong networks in Cloud, Data, Security, and Advanced Engineering domains .
