About the Role:

Incubation Co-Ordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Incubation Operations:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of the incubation department.
• Ensure smooth functioning of incubation programs and related activities.

Startup Engagement & Monitoring:

• Maintain updated data of all incubated startups and track their progress, milestones, and collaborations.
• Support startups in leveraging available resources and ecosystem connections.

Ecosystem Development:

• Promote incubation programs and initiatives to enhance engagement and participation from startups and innovators.
• Build and maintain relationships with other incubation centers, accelerators, and ecosystem partners.

Impact & Growth:

• Evaluate and report on the impact and outcomes of incubation initiatives.
• Identify and develop revenue-generating opportunities within incubation activities.

Budget & Planning:

• Prepare and propose the annual budget for incubation activities.
• Ensure effective resource allocation and utilization in line with organizational goals.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, or related fields.
• 2–4 years of experience in incubation management, startup programs, or innovation ecosystems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and networking skills.
• Passion for startups, innovation, and entrepreneurship development.
