We are seeking a skilled Plant Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure our production facilities operate smoothly and efficiently. Type of Experience, Knowledge & skill : Knowledge of in-coming inspection in the Transformer process namely core, winding, active part, tanking, dispatch, etc. Job Responsibilities Inspect and test incoming materials, components, and equipment Verify certifications, documentation, and labeling Compare incoming goods to purchase orders, specifications, and quality standards Identify and report quality issues, defects, or discrepancies Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions Work with internal teams (e.g., engineering, production) to ensure quality standards are met Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspections and test results Implement and maintain quality control procedures and processes Requirements: Quality control/assurance experience Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards and regulations Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Effective communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Behavioral & Functional Competency: Able to work in a team towards the common goal of the organization Analytical skills to analyze the problems arising in the production line and suggest solutions.
