Company Description Coventry Coilomatic Haryana Ltd Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager in wire rod and heat treatment located in Rewari. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supervising daily operations related to wire rod draw production and heat treatment processes. Tasks include overseeing staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, maintaining production schedules, and managing quality control processes and equipment . The role also involves coordinating with other departments to optimize production efficiency and resolve any operational issues that may arise. Qualifications B.E Metallurgy / Mechanical with hands on experience in wire draw operation and oil and tempered heat treatment Multiple vacancies are available hence candidates with 3 to 12 years exoerience may apply Proven experience in wire rod production and heat treatment processes is a must . Other industry experience may not apply . Root cause analysis and problem solving skills up keep of equipment and toolings good speed in MS office to make reports Will have to stay in Rewari / Bawal / Dharuhera / bhiwadi area Show more Show less
