Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inbound Sales Coordinator to manage incoming inquiries from our websites, prepare and send sales proposals, engage in email negotiations with clients, maintain the sales dashboard, and actively promote sales. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-centric approach to drive business growth. Role & responsibilities : Manage Inbound Queries: Handle and respond to all inbound queries generated from the website promptly and professionally. Identify client needs and provide accurate information regarding products and services. Sales Proposal Preparation & Delivery: Draft and send tailored sales proposals to potential clients based on their inquiries. Ensure all proposals are accurate, competitive, and aligned with client requirements. Client Communication & Negotiation: Engage in professional and timely email communication with clients to address questions and concerns. Negotiate terms, pricing, and other key aspects of sales to close deals effectively. Dashboard Management: Maintain and update the sales dashboard with accurate records of inquiries, proposals, follow-ups, and conversions. Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Sales Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies for promoting products and services. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue. Preferred candidate profile : Experience managing inbound queries and creating sales proposals. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, preferably marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service or a related role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
