Job Description: Position: Customer Support Executive (Blended Process) Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai Salary - Up to 21.5K in hand Interview Mode : Virtual and F2F Need Min 6 months of Experience in inbound Customer Service in any BPO. Graduation is Mandatory. 5 Days Working, 2 Days Rotational week off No Night Shift. Shift Window 8 AM to 8 PM (Any 9 hour Shift) Key Responsibilities: Need Min 6 months of Experience in Customer Service in any BPO. Handling basic Customer queries. Should have excellent Communication / Interpersonal /Comprehension skills Should have Basic computer knowledge Delivering information about the company's offerings
