What You’ll Do Research and reach out to new D2C/eCommerce brands via email, cold calls, Linkedin Tell a crisp, relatable story about how IAR helps brands recover lost conversions Write and send high-converting outreach emails (no robotic templates!) Run 15–20 min discovery calls to uncover pain points and book demos with the founders Keep CRM clean, track follow-ups, and share feedback on objections and patterns What You Bring 1–3 years in B2B SaaS or MarTech sales, or worked closely with performance marketing or growth teams Excellent English communication — both written and spoken Understands basics of UTMs, attribution, Meta Ads, and funnels Comfortable writing creative email outreach and talking to D2C founders/marketers Self-driven, curious, and process-oriented (you enjoy clean CRM data!)
