Experience: 4+ Years Job Type: Full-Time, Work From Office Location: Gurgaon Role Overview The Senior Interior Designer will independently handle high-end interior projects from concept to completion. The role demands strong design thinking, client management, material knowledge, and site execution ability. You will lead projects, guide junior designers, and ensure timely, quality-driven delivery. Key Responsibilities Develop complete design concepts, mood boards, color palettes , and presentations. Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings , GFC drawings, and space planning layouts. Create 3D visuals, renders , and design walkthroughs. Manage client meetings , understand requirements, and provide design solutions. Handle project execution , supervise workmanship, and ensure quality control. Coordinate closely with architects, contractors, carpenters, and vendors . Prepare BOQs, project costs, timelines , and progress reports. Review and approve materials, prototypes, and on-site deliverables. Lead and mentor junior designers. Skills & Competencies Strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop , etc. Deep knowledge of materials, furniture design, and interior detailing. Excellent client communication and presentation skills. Strong project management & time-management abilities. Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
