Job Description

Scope

  • As a member of the L2 Infrastructure Operations Support team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, optimizing, and performance tuning deployed BlueYonder Cloud solutions. Your role requires methodical troubleshooting, excellent communication, and attention to detail to effectively support mission-critical customer-facing environments.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in troubleshooting, optimization, and performance tuning of deployed BlueYonder Cloud solutions.
  • Support the development of virtualization solutions, considering infrastructure, data protection, and application requirements.
  • Collaborate in assessing and recommending Virtual Infrastructures to support performance needs.
  • Research and provide support for Virtual Infrastructure issues.
  • Interact with internal teams and vendors for testing, support, and troubleshooting.
  • Help define and document standards and operating procedures.
  • Build and maintain relationships with technology partners.
  • Implement industry best practices to ensure security integrity.
  • Manage communications and maintain team interactions with clients.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science/Electronics (preferred) or equivalent diploma.
  • 3–7 years of experience in infrastructure support/engineering roles.
  • 3+ years of experience in planning, designing, and implementing data center server and storage solutions.
  • 2+ years technical experience with VMware (Design, migration, implementation).
  • Understanding of Azure networking and security frameworks.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and technical documentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
