A career within Service Now, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage Service Now to enhance their customer experiences Interact with external customers and development of robust and performant solutions Create solutions keeping architecture & best practice principles in mind for new business requirements Focus on delivering the solution as configurable and provide alternate solutions wherever possible Define Approach & Solutions for proposals and estimate the work for given scope Present the proposed solution to existing and new customers and convince them on the thought process Collaborate with internal stakeholders for development of new propositions Research new functionality and recommend solutions that deliver customer value Mandatory skill sets 1. Extensive hands on experience in configuration and implementation of one of the ServiceNow out of the box and custom solutions ITSM, ITBM, HR Service Delivery, ITOM, GRC or Customer Service Management, App Engine 2. Guides ServiceNow design, including consideration for integration and performance 3. Assesses architecture and solution design to support your objectives including alignment and ServiceNow Implementation best practices 4.Offers guidance on prototype and accelerating time from design to development 5. Assesses instance health( platform upgrades, performance, manageability, usability, scalability and security) 5.Should have good experience in creating custom UI pages and custom reports/dashboard 5.Should have experience in handling UI views and customizing the same accordingly 6.Hands on experience with third party & web services integration (SOAP and REST) 7.Strong technical skills on web technologies (JAVA Script, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP) 8.ServiceNow Experience should include scripting in ServiceNow, tool configuration, design work, technical configuration and deployment 9.System/Process Automation (Orchestration) experience 10.Understanding of ITIL framework 11.Experienced to work in Agile software development environments 12.Ability to clearly articulate his/her point of view and to have Solutioning mindset 13.Prior experience in customer facing roles, along with leading and mentoring team on technical front 14. Prepare Technical proposals, poc s, Demo and present the same to client 15.Very good communication & presentation skills, proactive mindset and capacity to learn and work independently Preferred skill sets Knowledge on other Service Management products such as BMC Remedy, Freshworks, Ivanti, HPSM etc Experience of rolling outout standard mobile applications available on ServiceNow Experience on implementing chatbots Experience on building custom app using App Engine Knowledge of DevOps & automated testing Experience in working on public clouds AWS, Azure, GCP etc Experience in Product evaluation Integration experience with infrastructure monitoring solutions Exposure in defining UX ITIL certified Foundation V3, Foundation 4 ServiceNow certified CSA, CAD, Minimum one from CISITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC)
