•Preparation of Expense Reports and Budget Execution for FY. •Maintain an updated asset register, including condition, location, and value of assets •Preventive Maintenance (PM) Activities and Budget Execution for FY. Monitor attendance, manpower deployment to ensure workforce stability •AMC preparation for service contract provider. ( MHE , Dock ) •Receive and Verify Invoices against Purchase Orders (POs). •Ensure Timely and Accurate Payments to vendors and service providers •Keep Track of Stationery and Consumables to avoid shortages and control costs. •Ensure all MHE operators are trained, certified, and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).  Implement cost-saving measures through equipment localization, repair optimization, and spare  part management •Implement safety protocols for dock operations, including use of PPE, wheel chocks, and dock levelers
