Job Description

Qualification : BHM / MHA Work Experience: minimum 8 to 10 yrs of Experience in Hospital OPD operations in leadership role. End-to end OPD operations Job Description: · Entire management of OPD and receptions. Participates in the decision making for the front office and OPD areas. · Management of service excellence and soft skill training aspect of all team members. Training the new recruits and providing on job training for all the staff. · Scheduling the duty roster for the staff. · Day to day management of Patient relationship in Out Patient Department. · Responsible for increasing footfall in OPD areas. Process redesigning and improvement as and when required. · To provide necessary data for the top management as and when required. · Analyses the complaints received and informs the concerned department and reports to the higher authority. · Ensure department adherence to company policies, procedures and standards to ensure that patient expectations are exceeded. · Patient and Staff Grievance handling and reporting. · Take initiative to improve activities as required at the hospital and/or across the organization. · Uses excellent and effective customer service skills to provide patients with necessary information and/ or to direct them to other appropriate resources or otherwise meet the service needs of the patient. · Proven effective supervisory skills including cultivating a positive, high performance team.
