Role Overview:
We are hiring energetic and motivated Import-Export & International Sales Executives to join our Bengaluru office. The role involves international sales development, export documentation, client communication, and market research.

Freshers can also apply through our 6-month internship program with training and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop international clients and manage global sales.

· Handle complete export-import documentation and logistics.

· Communicate with clients, prepare quotations, and close deals.

· Research international markets and track sales performance.

· Ensure compliance with customs, DGFT, and trade regulations.

Internship & Compensation:

· Stipend: ₹8,000/month

· Performance incentives for every confirmed sale.

· Working Hours: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

· Comprehensive training in sales, documentation, and trade operations.

Training:
Covers international sales, export documentation, trade compliance, and client communication with full managerial support.

Performance:

• Sales, documentation accuracy, and teamwork will be evaluated.
• Leads provided; candidates also trained to find new clients.

Location: On-site, Jayanagar 5th Block, Bengaluru.

Post-Internship:
Successful interns with 10+ client acquisitions will be offered a full-time position with ₹18,000/month + incentives.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or International Trade.

· 0–3 years’ experience (freshers welcome).

· Good communication, negotiation, and MS Office skills.

· Knowledge of Incoterms and export procedures is a plus.
