Job Description

Handle end-to-end import and export documentation (pre-shipment and post-shipment).
Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, CHA, transporters, and customs authorities.
Ensure timely clearance of consignments and proper follow-up on shipments.
Maintain records of all import/export transactions and prepare periodic MIS reports.
Liaise with suppliers and buyers for documentation and shipment requirements.
Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies.
Negotiate with vendors and logistics partners to ensure cost efficiency.
Monitor delivery schedules and update internal stakeholders accordingly.
Assist in managing Letters of Credit (LC), Bank documents, and other payment processes.
Keep track of duty drawback claims, licensing, and DGFT-related activities.
