About the Role

Import and Export Documentation

Key Responsibilities

Export Documentation

Prepare
Draft Bills of Lading
based on shipping instructions.
Ensure compliance with
SOPs, reference guides, and country regulations
.
Maintain accuracy and turnaround time as per standards.
Escalate job-specific or customer-related queries to the Supervisor.

Import Documentation

Verify and process
import shipment documents
(MBL, HBL, invoices, packing lists).
Coordinate with customers for corrections, clarifications, or specific requirements.
Ensure timely release of import documents as per customer needs and regulations.
Maintain daily productivity targets and quality parameters.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Strong keyboard/typing skills.
Good knowledge of geography and shipping terms.
Basic understanding of import/export processes (preferred).
Proficient in
MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Freshers with strong aptitude may apply.
