Position Overview:

As an Implementation Engineer, you will play a key role in deploying and integrating Motadata products and solutions for clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, configure solutions, and ensure seamless implementation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-oriented approach.

Role & Responsibility:

Participate in the deployment, configuration, and integration of Motadata solutions at customer sites.

Assist in designing and implementing monitoring, logging, and service desk solutions.

Work with clients to gather requirements and ensure solutions align with their business needs.

Collaborate with internal teams (DevOps, Support, Product) for smooth delivery of projects.

Develop and maintain implementation-related documentation, standards, and user guides.

Provide training and support to customers for effective product usage.

Ensure timely issue resolution and maintain customer satisfaction during implementation.

Requirements:

25 years of experience in IT implementation, system integration, or related roles.

Experience with monitoring and service desk tools (e.g., ManageEngine, ServiceNow, Grafana, ELK, Zoho Service Desk, Kibana).

Knowledge of on-premise and cloud-based deployments.

Familiarity with network concepts (secure zone, DMZ, firewalls) and ITIL processes.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Hands-on experience with Linux servers, Windows, and basic networking is required.

Good to Have:

ITIL certification.

Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or JasperBI.

Exposure to scripting or automation for deployment/configuration.
