As an Implementation Engineer, you will play a key role in deploying and integrating Motadata products and solutions for clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, configure solutions, and ensure seamless implementation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-oriented approach.
• Participate in the deployment, configuration, and integration of Motadata solutions at customer sites.
• Assist in designing and implementing monitoring, logging, and service desk solutions.
• Work with clients to gather requirements and ensure solutions align with their business needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams (DevOps, Support, Product) for smooth delivery of projects.
• Develop and maintain implementation-related documentation, standards, and user guides.
• Provide training and support to customers for effective product usage.
• Ensure timely issue resolution and maintain customer satisfaction during implementation.

• 2–5 years of experience in IT implementation, system integration, or related roles.
• Experience with monitoring and service desk tools (e.g., ManageEngine, ServiceNow, Grafana, ELK, Zoho Service Desk, Kibana).
• Knowledge of on-premise and cloud-based deployments.
• Familiarity with network concepts (secure zone, DMZ, firewalls) and ITIL processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Linux servers, Windows, and basic networking is required.
• ITIL certification.
• Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or JasperBI.
• Exposure to scripting or automation for deployment/configuration.
