Job Description

Role & responsibilities Drive Implementation projects for clients, including system integration, data migration, and custom configurations Configure APIs and develop custom scripts to automate data flow and reporting processes Create and maintain technical documentation for implementation processes and integrations Troubleshoot complex technical issues during the implementation Provide technical guidance and best practices for platform utilization Monitor and validate data accuracy post-implementation Exceptional Saas product knowledge. Proven ability to manage complex ERP implementation projects, balancing client needs with resource and time constraints. Strong client-facing skills, including experience in conducting requirements gathering, delivering training, and managing client expectations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for clients and stakeholders. Excellent documentation and communication skills Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fi eld 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing support/Implementation/account management role. Consultative approach & stakeholder management. Exceptional Saas product knowledge. Good understanding of RESTful APIs and web services Knowledge of SQL and database concepts Ability to read and analyze log fi les and debugging tools Hands-on experience with data visualization tools, like Mix Panel, PoweBI Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities Good communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Organized and reliable - Able to work as a team with little direction when necessary
