Job Description

Job Description: Lead or assist in the implementation of HR systems and performance management tools. Customize and configure HR systems according to the client’s needs. Work with clients to understand their HR processes and provide solutions that meet their business goals. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process. Conduct requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand their needs. Manage project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of solutions and best practices. Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure the project stays within scope. Track project milestones, deliverables, and escalate any risks to management. Ensure data migration and integrations are performed correctly and efficiently. Develop user training materials and other documentation related to company employees. Create and maintain detailed project documentation. Job Specification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in HR system implementation or consulting. Able to travel at client's place as per requirement. Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex information to clients. Knowledge of HR processes such as talent management, compensation, and benefits. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Experience: HR: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
