**Urgent Hiring for the Role of Implementation Consultant HCM/Tyler Software Applications for our Team** Role: Implementation Consultant HCM/Tyler Software Applications Experience:8+years Location: Remote Work timing: US Pacific Hrs. Interview: Virtual Job Description: Must have- Tyler Software Applications experience Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant with expertise in business process analysis, design, and project management, particularly within government enterprise processes such as planning, permitting, licensing, asset and land management, and citizen requests. Familiarity with EnerGov software is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Provide professional consulting services, including business model analysis and documentation of client requirements related to Tyler software products . Educate clients on software functionality, data entry, system administration, user security, and permissions . Design and deliver training materials and knowledge transfer sessions onsite or via webinars . Assist clients in proofing and analyzing data conversions from existing software to Tyler applications. Recommend workflow optimizations and best practices for process configuration, forms, reports, and interfaces . Identify and document business and technical requirements for tailored software solutions. Customize reports or modify existing ones to meet client specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues , coordinating with Support and Development teams as needed. Assist with QA testing for software products or modifications. Develop both client-facing and internal documentation , including quick tips and user guides. Facilitate user group discussions during the annual User Conference . Manage administrative tasks such as documenting client issues, updating client activities, submitting reports, and tracking expenses . Notify management of any unforeseen events or challenges that may impact the project timeline, budget, or effectiveness. Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams , translating technical information into a format that non-technical stakeholders can understand. Perform other related duties as assigned. What We Expect from You: Quickly learn, understand, demonstrate, and educate clients on Tyler software applications following the implementation methodology. Strong ability to understand and apply business processes to software solutions. Excellent interpersonal and client relationship-building skills. Maintain a courteous, professional, and confident demeanor throughout the implementation process. Adapt to dynamic environments and collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Inspire client confidence in the use of Tyler applications through effective one-on-one and group education . Exercise good judgment and professional integrity at all times.
