Ensure customer and employee satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly. Handle client queries with complete and accurate information. Possess thorough knowledge of the immigration process to successfully close sales. Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales or the immigration industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language . Strong customer service skills with a willingness to assist clients effectively. Goal-driven and capable of working under pressure to meet targets. Ability to communicate with diverse social backgrounds. Self-learner with a proactive approach to researching immigration options. Understanding of international business markets. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Passion for sales and a target-oriented mindset. Dynamic, ambitious, and honest with a results-driven approach. Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
