Immigration Counsellor

Job Summary:

The Immigration Counsellor – Sales will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of immigration, while achieving monthly sales targets. The role involves client consultation, lead conversion, documentation assistance, and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel potential clients regarding immigration, PR, and Visa programs
• Convert inquiries into confirmed clients through effective communication and follow-ups
• Provide accurate information on visa processes, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
• Handle telephonic and walk-in inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through trust and transparency.
• Stay updated on changes in immigration policies and programs.

Requirements:

• Freshers with Excellent Communication and strong interest in sales are considered
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 1 -2 years experience in relevant filed is an advantage
• Proven ability to manage multiple client cases and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is a plus.

Qualification:

Bachelors degree in any stream or diploma
