Designation: Immigration Associate (United States) Location: Noida New York City based Law Offices of Keshab Raj Seadie, P.C. is opening its affiliate office in Noida and seeks to recruit multiple US Immigration Preparation Professionals who will be responsible for all aspects of Immigration preparation, and client management. Upon completion of 2-3 year service, possibility of US visa sponsorship or U.S. permanent residency. Key responsibilities: Participate in preparation of various immigration visas including H-1B/L-1/E-2 and PERM. Conduct basic immigration legal research. Prepare and various family and employment based immigration applications after conferring with our New York Office. Respond to client questions regarding immigration case status. Respond to immigration RFE. Maintain and update immigration docketing system to monitor response dates for Office Actions, filings, fees and payments. Supervise and train junior immigration Preparation Professionals. Qualifications: LL.B or M.B.A. degree. 1+ year of U.S. Immigration drafting and preparation experience. Knowledge of U.S. immigration law preferred. Attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with rapidly changing priorities.
