Roles And Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
• Maintain and update customer information in the database.
• Maintain call logs and reports daily.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
  

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Hindi(Must) and/or regional languages (Kannada, Tamil, telugu).
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred.
  

Qualification

• Minimum PUC / Graduate in any discipline.
  

Work Type

• Full-time : Work from Office only
• Working Days: Monday to Sunday (Rotational Weekoff)
