Immediate Requirement For Instrumentation Engineer

Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Preparation and implementation of execution schedule for Instrumentation works. 2. Daily work progress report preparation and sharing to site in charge. 3. Automation panel and line drawings review and implementation at site. 4. Required material indenting based on project requirement. 5. Installation and commissioning of Automation System . 6. Installation and commissioning of all field instruments such as Temperature sensor transmitter, Pressure transmitter, Level Transmitter, Flow . 7. Installation and commissioning of Weighing balance, reactor load cell systems. 8. Knowledge on working principle of field instruments such as Temperature sensors, Level transmitters, Flow meters, Pressure transmitters, control valves , pneumatic valves, transmitters, gauges etc(not limited to). 9. Trouble shooting of field instruments. 10. Preparation of Schedule such as Instrument index, Instrument IO list, Preparation of instruments BOQs. 11. Knowledge on guidelines such GMP, EU (not limited to). 12. Knowledge on P&ID , layouts lookup. 13. Qualification of equipment (IQ, DQ, OQ, PQ documentation). 14. Should follow site safety rules strictly. 15. Should perform safety toolbox talk daily on-site related activities. 16. Preparation of daily toolbox talk schedule and Implementation. NOTE : Should Have Experience in Pharma Industry in API
