Hi We are looking for Servicenow Developer with ITOM. Exp: 6-13Yrs Location: Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune Work Mode: Hybrid Immediate joiners Notice Period: 0-15 Days Excellent Communication Required Skills: - 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with at least 3+ years specializing in ITOM. - Strong knowledge and experience in ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management, and CMDB architecture. - Deep understanding of Service Graph, CSDM (Common Service Data Model), and CI relationships. - Hands-on expertise in configuring and optimizing MID Servers, probes, and patterns. - Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services. - Proficiency in ServiceNow Orchestration and automation frameworks. - Strong background in networking, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), and infrastructure components. - Experience integrating ITOM solutions with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Cisco Intersight, AlertSite). - Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks, enterprise IT operations, and best practices. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
