Job Title: Senior Executive Admin.

Key Responsibilities:
1. General Administration Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensure smooth functioning of administrative processes, and support facility management.
2. Vendor Management – Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors for procurement and facility services; maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure timely deliveries.
3. Clear Communication Skills – Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
4. Proficiency in MS Office – Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and other MS Office tools for reporting and documentation.
5. Procurement Management – Office Procurement ,Handling administrative and facility-related procurement including vendor coordination, purchase orders, and inventory tracking.
6. Documentation & Record Keeping – Maintaining accurate records of purchases, contracts, and other administrative documents.
7. Facility Support – Assisting in day-to-day facility operations and ensuring smooth functioning of office infrastructure.
8. Added Advantage – Prior experience in procurement or facility management will be beneficial.
