Job Description

Role & responsibilities Job Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the team's workload and productivity. Ensure the quality control of the AML Transaction Monitoring Process. Motivate, coach, and develop the team to deliver excellence in their daily tasks. Ensure consistent achievement of key SLAs within the Transaction Monitoring process. Identify opportunities for process improvements and proactively suggest solutions. Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging team input into procedures and practices. Take responsibility for all relevant reporting, including compiling key metrics and SLAs for project leadership. Required Qualifications: At least 8 years of experience in AML Transaction Monitoring, CDD/EDD/KYC processes, with a minimum of 1 year in a people management role. Experience working in multinational corporations (MNCs) within global processes related to Financial Services or Regulatory Compliance. Recognized high performer in your current role. Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university. Availability to work extended shifts, weekends, holidays, and night shifts, as required by the project to meet deadlines. Highly motivated, driven, and dynamic attitude towards work and career growth. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong organizational and punctuality skills. Focused on quality and meeting project deadlines. Proven stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word. Proficient in written and verbal business communication in English. Demonstrated skills in investigation and analysis. Ability to quickly learn and apply new skills and concepts. Capability to apply new knowledge logically and reason through complex transaction data. Strong multitasking abilities and effective task prioritization skills.
