We are looking for a confident and motivated Sales Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience in service-based sales. The role requires pitching One Care Connect’s healthcare services and driving membership card enrollments. Candidates from any degree background are welcome, but strong communication and sales skills are essential . Responsibilities Promote and sell One Care Connects healthcare programs and membership cards to individuals and families. Visit clinics, apartments, and wellness camps to explain service benefits. Build rapport with potential clients and handle objections effectively. Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA preferred but not mandatory). 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in services (healthcare, diagnostics, insurance, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused. Comfortable with fieldwork and local travel. Basic computer skills for reporting and tracking.
