Role & responsibilities

Technical & Design Skills

Advanced proficiency in
Figma
(design systems, prototyping, collaboration features).
Strong command of
Power BI
including dashboard design, data storytelling, and DAX awareness.
Deep understanding of
data visualization principles
, layout design, and cognitive UX patterns.
Experience designing
real-time data dashboards
,
IoT systems
, or
governance data platforms
.
Familiarity with
integration workflows
, APIs, and backend data structures to inform UX decisions.
Knowledge of other BI tools (Tableau, QlikView, etc.) is a plus.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Analytical mindset with a focus on simplifying complex data into meaningful visuals.
Strong collaboration skills — able to work across cross-functional teams and government agencies.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving design outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Design, Human–Computer Interaction (HCI), Information Design, or related fields
.
6–10 years of relevant UX design experience, including at least 3 years in
data visualization or analytics UX
.
Demonstrated portfolio showcasing
Figma-based prototypes
,
Power BI dashboards
, or
real-time data platforms
.

Preferred Experience

Prior work with
government technology, smart city, or e-governance systems
.
Experience in
real-time data monitoring
or
public sector analytics dashboards

Familiarity with
Agile

Lean UX
