Job Description

What you'll do Real Estate Sales Executives are responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory. Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieve targets. Report on sales activities to top management. Reach your area's targets and goals and establish, maintain, and expand your customer base. I'd like for you to listen to customer requirements and present appropriately according to client requirements. Maintaining and developing relationships with customers via direct meetings, telephone calls, and e-mails, organizing site visits for prospective customers. Note: Role -Real Estate Executive Location: Gurgaon Fixed Salary + Monthly Incentives Immediate Joiner preferred. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients from databases, fresh leads, and referrals. Identify and qualify leads interested in buying, and selling properties. Engage in conversations with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Provide detailed and accurate information about available properties, pricing, features, and locations. Schedule property viewings, meetings, and consultations between clients and real estate agents. Conduct regular follow-up calls with potential and existing clients to maintain engagement. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, inquiries, and sales processes in the G sheet. Update client information regularly and track the progress of leads. Market Knowledge: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and legal requirements related to real estate transactions. Client Guidance: Assist clients in making informed decisions about real estate investments. Skills required: Excellent verbal communication to convey information to clients. Active listening to understand client needs and preferences. Persuasive speaking to effectively pitch properties and services. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and data entry. Familiarity with tele calling systems and phone etiquette. Experience in real estate sales. What we give you?
