Job Role : US IT Recruiter Shift Timings: EST Job Location : Banjarahills, Road No:2 We work only with direct clients, and we have 75+ direct clients they are into different verticals like IT, NON-IT, Pharma, Clinical, Health Care, Scientific, Medical Devices, Engineering, Federal & State Clients. Radiant Systems Inc. Is a 25+ year old Software Development and consulting firm with headquarters in New Jersey. Awarded twice as the best company in NJ, with Offshore and Onshore branches. We have over 700+ consultant's working on our payrolls with strong client base in US. We believe in relationships, effective delivery strategy and long-term business. Our clients are primarily referred to us by top-tier Venture Capital firms in US. Working with direct clients in US is one of our core productivity other than Canada, UK, Europe, Japan and India Requirements Minimum of 3+ years of US IT Recruitment industry experience Extensive experience working for IT Clients and requirements Good experience working for W2 and Direct Clients Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strategic thinker along with operational execution capabilities Self-motivated, high energy with appetite for growth Strong interpersonal/presentation/negotiation skills Methodical and process-oriented individual with strong follow-through habits Skilled in building trust-based relationships Commitment to professionalism and ethics Should be a process-oriented individual with the ability to reinforce them Responsibilities Will Include Identify, recruit, hire, train, coach, motivate and retain recruiting team members. Work with recruiters and oversee the sourcing, interviewing, and hiring process. Ensure the recruiting strategy and techniques used by the team are up to date and implement new ones. Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs. Create and maintain a resource pipeline to ensure that resourcing needs are met. Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders to ensure adoption and growth of company's recruiting division. Recommend ways to improve the employer's brand. Participate in career events, job fairs and campus interviews. Build the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges, and other partners. Bachelor's degree required. Should be conversant with latest recruiting tools, technologies, and techniques.
