Job Role : Data Entry Specialist Job Location : Banjarahills Road No:2 Shift Timings : 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST. We are looking for an experienced Data Entry Specialist with a minimum of 0-5 years of experience. The working hours will be from 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST. Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the staffing or similar industry and a strong proficiency in data entry and data management. This role involves pulling job postings from various Vendor Management Systems (VMS), sharing them with the team, and entering them into our RMS/ATS. Additionally, you will be responsible for posting jobs on various job portals and submitting resumes to VMS. Key Responsibilities: Retrieve job postings from VMS and distribute them to team members. Accurately input job information into RMS/ATS. Post job listings on multiple job portals. Submit candidate resumes to VMS in a timely manner. Maintain and manage data with high accuracy. Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. Qualifications: Proven experience in a data entry role, preferably within the staffing industry. Familiarity with multiple VMS systems, job portals and ATS. Strong typing speed of 60-80 WPM. Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle time-sensitive tasks with a proactive mindset. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
