SaaS Sales Specialist (US Market) About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven SaaS Sales Specialist with 6-7 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling SaaS solutions to the US market, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the sales lifecycle in the B2B space. Key Responsibilities : 1. Sales Strategy & Execution: o Develop and execute a robust sales plan to achieve revenue targets for SaaS products in the US market. o Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. 2. Client Engagement: o Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations. o Deliver compelling product demonstrations and customized sales pitches that address client pain points. 3. Pipeline Management: o Use CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline, track leads, and forecast sales performance. o Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of deals. 4. Market Understanding: o Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry dynamics in the US SaaS space. o Leverage insights to refine sales approaches and address customer needs effectively. 5. Collaboration: o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience. o Provide feedback to the product team to enhance offerings based on client requirements. Key Requirements: • Experience: o 6-7 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 3+ years focusing on the US market. o Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets consistently. • Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. o Strong understanding of the SaaS sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, and closure. o Proficient in using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools. • Attributes: o Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. o Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. o Ability to work in overlapping time zones for US client engagement. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Familiarity with cloud-based solutions, AI, or emerging SaaS technologies. • Prior experience in inside sales or enterprise sales targeting US businesses.
