Identify candidates with the right skills to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting. Responsible for Sourcing, Screening candidates through major job boards. Negotiate the rates/salary with the candidates over the call. Submitting candidates resumes to the Managers /team leaders for further scrutiny or consideration. Ensuring that the candidates resume appropriately reflects his/her experience with the client. Track and follow-up on all candidates; evaluated on the ability to connect with potential candidates and set interviews. Effectively utilize tools such as search engines, job boards, LinkedIn, and social channels to source candidates Maintaining trackers, Stakeholder Management, knows end to end recruitment Able to close the clients requirements on time. Desired Candidate Skills: Hardworking, Focused, and Keen to learn. Winning Mindset with Good Attitude. Have the ability to manage time efficiently and have an ethical approach with quality of service in mind. Basic Qualifications: Any Graduate Experienced with a minimum of 2Years to 4 Years. Good verbal and written communication skills. (English Required). Good Knowledge of MS Office Excel and general proficiency with computers.
